LEAD TIME

Aurelium jewellery is individually handcrafted to your order. Please allow 6 to 10 working days for your order to be shipped out.


However, if you would like your item to be delivered urgently, we will always do our very best to accommodate your request. Please contact info@aurelium.co.nz before placing your order to ensure  the best chance of getting your order to you as soon as possible.

VARIATIONS
Please note that as each item of Aurelium jewellery is individually handmade, there may be slight variations between pieces and may differ slightly to the product shown in the photo. Our textured designs are hammered by hand and individually imprinted, not cast or machine-made, therefore they will not be identical. This is a bonus as you can rest assured knowing that the jewellery that you have chosen is 100% unique, just like the wearer! 


PAYMENT

All online payments on www.aurelium.co.nz are processed via online credit card payment or Paypal, both secure payment gateways.

SHIPPING
You will be contacted via email when your order has been finished and is on the way to you. You will also be provided with a courier tracking number which you can check online. Please see our Shipping page for approximate shipping times and costs.

 

Aurelium offers track and trace delivery through Post Haste, Castle Parcels or New Zealand Post. All items require a signature on delivery so please ensure that there is someone to sign for the goods, or advise at checkout if you would like to request no signature on delivery.


DUTIES AND TAXES
Depending on the country in which you are receiving the item, orders may incur duties and taxes. The recipient is liable for all import duties and local taxes for their order, which must be paid prior to being released from customs.


SIZING

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct size has been ordered. Please check the sizing chart on our website and if you are unsure about which size to order, please contact info@aurelium.co.nz for assistance before placing an order. If a purchased item requires resizing due to an incorrect measurement, please contact info@aurelium.co.nz for further instruction. The customer will responsible for all postage costs for resizing, as well as a resizing cost.


FAULTS
As with all jewellery that has been made from precious metals, Aurelium jewellery is delicate and should be handled and worn with care. General wear and tear on jewellery items is not considered a fault. All jewellery is inspected before dispatch, however in the unlikely event that you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, please email me at info@aurelium.co.nz for further instruction. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will do our very best to resolve the issue by repairing, replacing or exchanging the item.

 

RETURNS
We understand that it may be necessary to return an item to us. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order stating the reason for returning the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Any shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, as well as all taxes, duties and customs charges incurred on deliveries outside New Zealand.

Please send all returns to: 161 Pt Chevalier Road, Pt Chevalier, Auckland 1022, New Zealand. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for another size or style please contact us at info@aurelium.co.nz with the size or style you require.

 

All items must be returned in original condition with all packaging intact, and must be unworn, unused and unaltered. Damaged, soiled or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Any difference in price, as well as the shipping cost, will be payable before the item is dispatched. The shipping cost to return the item is the responsibility of the customer.

PRIVACY

Any information provided by you is fully protected. We at Aurelium are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share or sell your personal information with anyone. We may use your contact information to inform you via email about new products and special promotions. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may choose to unsubscribe from our newsletter emails.
