Aurelium jewellery is handmade to order, therefore we cannot offer a return for change of mind. However, if in the unlikely event there is a manufacturing fault with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve the situation by repairing, replacing or exchanging the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Any shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, as well as all taxes, duties and customs charges incurred on deliveries outside New Zealand.
